1. About the Site

The Site is a marketing website providing information about CryptCure, a procurement automation platform built by Cryptex IT Solutions for South African construction, manufacturing, and mining businesses. The Site allows visitors to learn about CryptCure and submit a request for a demonstration.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product screenshots, video, and the overall design and layout — is owned by Cryptex IT Solutions or used with permission, and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business use in evaluating CryptCure. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site for any other purpose without our prior written consent.

“CryptCure” and any associated logos are trademarks or brand names of Cryptex IT Solutions. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the demo-request form;
• Use the form, or any part of the Site, to send spam or unsolicited communications;
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Site, including its spam-prevention measures;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its underlying infrastructure, or any systems connected to it;
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access or extract content from the Site without our prior written permission; or
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with any other person's use of it.

4. No Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep the Site's content accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current at all times.

Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding quote, offer, or commitment regarding CryptCure's pricing, features, or availability. Any such terms are only binding once set out in a signed Master Service Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptex IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under South African law.

6. Third-Party Links

As of the date of these Terms, the Site does not link to any third-party websites. If this changes in the future, any links provided will be for convenience only, and we will not be responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site we link to.

7. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
